Our Process

SouthWest Ground Control utilizes Ultra Low Volume (ULV) spray applications with ThinVert technology for precise vegetation management on transmission line corridors and rangeland. Our herbicide process is eco-friendly and efficient—custom-blended chemicals are packed in trackable, self-sealing, returnable containers to ensure safe handling and reduced environmental impact.

We apply herbicides in minimal quantities (measured in ounces), emphasizing safety, sustainability, and responsibility. This approach allows for the selective targeting of invasive non-native species, effectively suppressing them and promoting the growth of native plants.

Our advanced techniques and low-impact herbicides embody our commitment to responsible land management, fostering ecological balance while maintaining the integrity of native ecosystems.

Our Approach

Sustainability sits at the heart of our approach. We believe in responsible stewardship of the land, which is why we’ve committed to methods that minimize herbicide use and conserve water.
